Poll : Support For Obamacare At New Low

Only 41 percent of voters now support President Barack Obama and the Democrats’ healthcare reform proposal — down from 44 percent two weeks ago and the lowest level of support yet measured by Rasmussen Reports.

Rasmussen’s nationwide telephone survey also found that 56 percent of voters are now opposed to the plan.

Just 33 percent of senior citizens favor the plan, while 59 percent are opposed.

Other findings of the poll:

  • 46 percent of respondents believe the reform plan will likely pass and become law this year, but 47 percent think it will likely not pass, including 15 percent who say it is not at all likely to pass.
  • While 23 percent of voters “strongly favor” the legislative effort to reform healthcare, 43 percent are “strongly opposed.”
  • 24 percent of respondents say the quality of healthcare will improve if the plan passes, and 55 percent say it will get worse.

MSM Coverup Of Massive Historical Protest Mislead Public On Attendance

raLLY4The Gray Lady of Operation Mockingbird, the New York Times, reports today that “thousands” of patriots protested against Obamacare, cap and trade, the bankster bailout, and unchecked federal government power in the District of Criminals yesterday.

“The demonstrators numbered well into the tens of thousands, though the police declined to estimate the crowd,” the newspaper reports, attempting to downplay the historical significance of the protest.

The New York Times says the police declined to estimate the crowd—–or rather the corporate media declined to report it—–because the number was around two million, the largest protest in the capitals history.

The protest out-numbered Martin Luther King’s “I Have a Dream” speech delivered from the steps of the Lincoln Memorial during the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom on August 28, 1963. That march was estimated at 200,000 people.

NPR, the news service of Soros and the foundations, did the same parlor trick with the math, putting the number at tens of Thousands. NPR contradicted itself, however, and reported that as “the demonstrators walked along Pennsylvania Avenue toward the U.S. Capital, the line stretched as far as the eye could see in either direction. The crowd was so thick in places that it was difficult to move.”

As to be expected, the “progressives” (left over bankster faction) raLLY5attempted to portray two million patriotic Americans as racists. Think Soros, formally known as Think Progress, posted a blog entry supposedly revealing racist placards at the event—–in fact, none of the signs were racist—-the worst the Soros operatives produced was a photo of a woman with a confederate flag. The Soros clan said everybody at the event was white (as if they had examined the skin color of two million people).

It’s not going to work. The two million people who showed up to voice their outrage at a federal government out of control and in violation of the Constitution was but a small sampling of the millions of people across the country in opposition to Obama and the corporate-fascist agenda of his one-world masters.

If Obama and the Democrats ram the deathcare bill through the House by way of “reconciliation,” the opposition will redouble its numbers and once again take to the streets.            ARTICLE

Wilson: No more apologies for outburst against president

Rep. Joe Wilson, R-South Carolina, shouts You lie! during President Obamas speech Wednesday night.

Rep. Joe Wilson, R-South Carolina, shouts "You lie!" during President Obama's speech Wednesday night.

(CNN) — Rep. Joe Wilson said Sunday he will not apologize again for yelling out that President Obama lied during the president’s speech to Congress last week.

“I am not going to apologize again,” the South Carolina Republican said on “FOX News Sunday” when asked about pending disciplinary steps against him by the Democratic-controlled House of Representatives.

Wilson said he already apologized to Obama and that the president accepted it. However, he insisted that Obama “was misstating the facts,” and that Democratic leaders in the House were “playing politics” by continuing to focus on the issue.

The controversy has shifted the focus of the heated health care debate by calling attention to claims by Republicans that a health care overhaul sought by Obama and Democrats would provide free insurance coverage for illegal immigrants.

Obama and Democratic leaders insist that nothing in any of the health care proposals currently before Congress includes health care coverage for illegal immigrants or would provide taxpayer money to help illegal immigrants buy private health coverage.

However, Wilson and other opponents of Democratic proposals say the plans provide no enforcement mechanism to screen applicants for citizenship requirements. Wilson said Sunday that Republican amendments calling for such enforcement were rejected by congressional committees that have passed the Democratic proposals.

When asked if Obama had lied to Congress, Wilson responded: “I believe he was misstating the facts.” He noted that Senate Finance Committee members negotiating a compromise agreement have called for enforcement mechanisms similar to what Republicans are proposing.

The national response to Wilson’s nationally televised outburst, in which he yelled “You lie” as Obama spoke about health care to a joint session of Congress, shows the deep public divide over the issue.

“Obama Was Not Accurate About Immigration”

    Joe Wilson on Hannity Video

Rep. Joe Wilson has not attacked Obama or anyone else by speaking the truth.   Many Americans don’t want to believe or think that Illegals, Immigrants or Refugees receive any sort of Gevernment Assistance.  I know that I kept hearing thats the one thing many Americans where concerened about was that the above mentioned might get Health Insurance.  Well Ladies and Gents, hate to break it to you but many do receive that, amoung many other Tax Free subsides or Incentives.

If you don’t believe Rep. Wilson or many others go to your Local Welfare, Job and Family Services Departmant, Social Secuirty office and take a look for yourselves.

Rep. Joe Wilson continued to attack President Obama today. The Republican Congressman stood by his claim that Barack Obama was not accurate in his speech last night and that the health care bill will cover illegal immigrants.

The Weekly Standard Blog reported, “Joe Wilson offered the most succinct and effective Republican response to Obamacare since Sarah Palin attacked Obama’s ‘death panels.’”
And, he’s getting hammered because of it.

Rep. Wilson was on with Sean Hannity tonight and continued to speak out against Obama’s distortions:Source

Young Obama backers AWOL from health care fight

    Jewish puppet.

NEW YORK – Add this to President Barack Obama’s problems in selling his health care overhaul: A lot of the tech-savvy activists who helped put him in office are young, feeling indestructible and not all that into what they see as an old folks issue.

It’s a crucial gap in support and one the White House may have to correct if Obama is to regain the momentum and get Congress to act on his top domestic priority.

Matt Singer, a 26-year-old founder of the liberal group Forward Montana and an activist in the health care trenches, has tried to engage young people.

“Right now we’re seeing a big conversation with seniors, but you’re not seeing the same mobilization among young people who are President Obama’s core constituency,” Singer said. “The age demographic most supportive of reform has not been engaged, and it makes me very nervous.”

Younger people are generally healthier and rely on less medical care, particularly young working men who make up the largest group that goes voluntarily without health insurance. They also are less likely to be as vocal at contentious town halls; many are either working or in school during the daytime forums. Source>>>
