Every secondary school is to get a Holocaust specialist to ensure that the subject is taught comprehensively and sensitively.

One teacher from every school will be offered a place on a Holocaust education training course to combat racism and intolerance.

One in ten of those who take the course will also be able to take a master’s degree module in Holocaust education, as part of a £1.5 million scheme run by the Institute of Education.

Teachers will discuss parts of the subject that they find difficult to teach and work on lesson plans with experts on how to broach the issue.

Stuart Foster, director of the project, said: “There are increasing concerns in society about intolerance and racism. The BNP is coming to the forefront, and there’s increased anti-Semitism.”

The initiative is designed to maintain awareness of the Nazi’s systematic massacre of the Jews during the Second World War as survivor numbers dwindle, Times Educational Supplement reports.

The project will launch on Sunday, the 70th anniversary of Kristallnacht — the night in 1938 when 91 Jews were killed, 30,000 were arrested and 191 synagogues were destroyed marking the beginning of the Nazi’s genocide of the Jewish people.

Ruth-Anne Lenga, education consultant at the Jewish Museum, said that the Holocaust was often covered very briefly by schools despite being on the school curriculum. “It could be the emotiveness of the subject worries teachers, or it raises difficult moral challenges and questions. We want to ensure there’s support.”

The project will coincide with a survey testing teachers’ knowledge of the subject and their teaching methods. It will ask teachers for their definition of “Holocaust” and whether they think teaching children about it is important.

The scheme is part of a wider Holocaust education project funded by the Government and the Pears Foundation charity. It is supported by the Holocaust Education Trust, which this year received £1.5 million from the Government to send two sixth-formers from every school to Auschwitz.

Fraudsters trying to hide from the Camera

Executives from the Royal Bank of Scotland have enjoyed a lavish £30,000 bash at Blenheim Palace – just a month after the bank was bailed out with £20billion of taxpayers’ money.

In the early hours of yesterday, bankers and their clients, along with their other halves, emerged bleary-eyed from the Oxfordshire birthplace of Winston Churchill after a sumptuous three-course meal and dance.

The black tie event, paid for by the bank and laid on as a ‘thank you’ to customers and staff, follows a year in which mismanagement in the banking industry led to global financial meltdown.

The supposedly stricken bank greeted the 90 guests with mulled wine in the palace’s Orangery, which has a private terrace overlooking the spectacular 2,000-acre estate’s Italian gardens. The Orangery has its own private entrance, so there was no risk of revellers bumping into paying visitors.

Last month, Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), which owns NatWest, was one of the banks crawling cap-in-hand to the Government for help as its profits plunged.

The £20billion cash injection means that the Government now has an unprecedented say in the workings of the bank, but also takes on the risks of its investments.

But none of the repercussions of the credit crunch and RBS’s plight appeared to be burdening those at the party, arranged by the bank’s corporate banking division, which looks after companies with turnovers of between £25million and £1billion.

Eighty managing directors and financial officers from companies across the Midlands and East of England joined the bank’s ten-strong regional management team to drink to their future success. It is not believed that any of the bank’s board members attended.

After a £55-a-head meal of smoked salmon and crab followed by seared fillet of sea bass or chicken filled with herbs and wrapped in pancetta, and a dessert of chocolate mousse, a band played requests as the group drank from the palace’s extensive wine list.

Guests in ball gowns and dinner jackets enjoyed more drinks in the Bouchain room, a private bar off the Orangery.

To keep them going as the evening came to a close, coffee and Belgian pralines were laid on.

Half of the invited guests had been put up in the £200-a-night prize-winning Bear Hotel, in Woodstock, just 500 yards from the palace’s main gate.

Organisers laid on coaches at the start of the evening to ferry the partygoers through the town and down the estate’s drive to avoid dresses and tuxedos being ruined in the autumn mud.

As guests arrived back at the hotel just after midnight, they seemed keen to hide their enjoyment of the evening. Those who minutes earlier had been smiling and giggling bowed their heads and shuffled inside.

Many revellers who were staying in The Bear headed straight to the bar, where a group of 20 stayed until around 2am.

It is believed that the cost of hiring Blenheim Palace for Friday night’s event, along with the catering, came to £14,400 plus VAT, while the hotel bill and additional costs for wine and canapes added £15,000 to the total.

The party came only a week after RBS employees were pictured drunkenly dancing in the streets after a £300,000 bash at a five-star hotel in Edinburgh.

Yesterday, Lib Dem MP Norman Baker criticised the bank’s use of money in a time of economic crisis and Government bailouts.

He said: ‘The banking world does not seem to realise that people out there are suffering.

‘While they dance the night away, others are desperately trying to pay mortgages. It is a completely inappropriate use of what is taxpayers’ money.’

Yesterday, one female guest leaving her hotel reacted angrily to criticism of the event and defended the bank.

She said: ‘They still have to keep on going. I saw heads of state last night on television with a glass of champagne in their hands. Life goes on.’

Another man about to drive away in his Rolls-Royce denied that he had attended the party – despite having been pictured getting off a coach hired by RBS.

A third guest said it had been ‘a lovely venue’ and added: ‘My wife deals with RBS all the time so they invited us. The food wasn’t bad and there was a DJ or band, although I didn’t really take in the music.’

An RBS spokesman said: ‘The dinner was a long-standing commitment with our customers and allowed us to continue to enhance our working relationship. As a relationship bank we feel it is important to invest time with our customers and this dinner was an opportunity to build on these relationships.

‘We are, as you would expect in the current circumstances, looking closely at all our planned events to make sure they are appropriate and relevant to our business.’

As educated and loyal National Socialist I’m sure we can all agree with the fact that since Rockwell we have been failing miserably at having any kind of permanent progress and in turn we have suffered from minimal growth and many splinters in what was once a united movement. The lack of progress has repelled the masses putting into their mindset of an idea which time will never come again. The lack of progress as caused many splits with different leaders thinking they can bring victory in their own ways which each time has failed. We have seen almost every tactic put into effect and in turn we have seen no results. What we need is progress. With a progressive idea we can grow exponentially as well as unite he movement under one banner like it truly is meant to be. Since we know the problem what is the solution? I’m sure everyone who has been in the movement for any length of time is tired of talkers that never actually do anything. We all know when building you don’t start at the roof you build from the bottom. We want the formation of a National Socialist state. The foundation of a nation is the community which there are countless of towns and communities around the nation. Cities have become the economic pillars that hold up the current materialistic society we live in. These cities are over run with non whites and have been rotted to their very cores. For our new nation we must build new communities that will become new pillars for a new society. If we can not at least create a small network any potential new nation and any possible progress our race can ever achieve will be wiped away. We have reasonable goals which we now know must be met for the sake of our race. We must build small communities prepared for the future collapse of America which will stand for National Socialism.Brief Plan:

 Phase 1: Creating a Blue print.

Research of the general area you personally think can serve the idea as a good strategic area. Move to the area if you’re not already there. Then look at small manageable towns nearby. See what you have to work with, Finances as well as local comrades and potential new comers to the area. Research is a long boring phase but without creating a blue print for your future community all will fail. Each town you look at and each person who moves to the area is progress.

Phase 2: Building a community.

When you take your idea and bring it into the physical realm. This begins as soon as you buy the first piece of land in the targeted town. By moving others to the targeted town you grow political strength as well as economic strength in the area. Each person that moves into the town is more pull on business’s and politicians since no company wants a boycott and no politician wants to be removed from office. Once multiple communities have been formed we can begin networking and helping each other with whatever one community happens to lack. When you have established a fully functional and self dependent community of national socialist, in which we can sustain our selves with our own crops and live stock as well as generate our own electricity and have our own water supply, then we are ready to move to phase 3

Phase 3: Defending the community

With every political movement and idea there must be something to enforce it. In states where a legal militia can be formed and in other states a simple gun club can come in use to help educate National Socialist members of our community on survival and protection of not only themselves and there community but the entire network of community’s that will stand the test of time so when order breaks down we can secure a territory for our own people.

Phase 4: Roll of the dice

It is hard to put a time frame on any plan but we can see milestones which in time can be reached phase 3 will be the only phase that can be reached by the will of our fellow kinsmen. The final phase will have to wait until order in our nation breaks down. Then we will come to power not because we marched a 100 people in the streets or passed fliers to our neighbors but because our community’s being self sufficient will feel very little effects of the break down. When cities lose power and face riots we will have our electricity and we will have a protective force to keep the people safe. By merely keeping order in our community and communities in the network we can become beacons of light which in the darkness that will come shall attract the masses.

The Shadow Chancellor told The Times yesterday that increased public borrowing was already making the currency “less attractive” and there was a risk of a “run on the pound”.

His comments have been criticised by business leaders as well as by Alistair Darling, the Chancellor, and Vince Cable, the Liberal Democrats economy spokesman.

With the currency markets due to reopen tomorrow morning, Mr Osborne dismissed suggestions that he had “talked down the pound”, however.

What the markets are doing (is) looking at the economic fundamentals. They are not looking at what politicians – be it myself or indeed any other politicians – are saying. These are hard headed market operators.

“My job as Shadow Chancellor is to tell the British people the truth about the British economy. The truth that it is the worst prepared economy in the world for recession,” he told BBC One’s Andrew Marr show.

He said there was a “striking lack of confidence” in sterling on currency markets and that higher debt was a “bombshell” beneath any future recovery.

In the absence of public backing from Mr Cameron on the sterling warning, Mr Osborne faced questions over his relationship with the Conservative leader. Speculation that his role has been diluted in the wake of the Oleg Deripaska affair continued over the weekend with a report that Oliver Letwin had been asked to draw up a package of potential spending cuts.

He said he was “working very closely all the time” with Mr Cameron, but refused to say whether Mr Cameron had given him an “absolute” assurance that his job was safe.

Senior aides insist that the Tory leader will endorse his shadow chancellor’s warning on sterling when he launches a new attack on the Government’s economic policies early this week.

Mr Darling sought to turn up the pressure on his shadow querying his judgment and insisting that it was “utterly pointless to offer a running commentary” on the pound.

“All I would say is this, that a few weeks ago the Tories offered a bipartisan approach, now that has clearly gone to the wind.

“At a time like this, this is when we at home and when we with other countries across the world should be working together, that is what people expect and that is what I intend to stick to. It is for others to decide what what they are going to do.

“I do worry and wonder about their judgment here. Only a few weeks ago David Cameron said and he was asked specifically was it right to let borrowing rise to support the economy at a time like this and he said yes you would expect borrowing to go up.

“Within a day they said that was the wrong approach – they completely changed tack. What I find difficult to understand, inasmuch you can discern what the Conservatives’ policy is at the moment, where exactly they stand.”

White Women – Get paid less

The average earnings of black women in Britain are now higher than their white counterparts, according to government statistics.

In a landmark social development that suggests the erosion of a long-standing racial barrier, the figures show “black Caribbean” women earned on average £462 a week – 6% more than white women – in the three months to October this year.

That is a reversal of the previous year’s figures, when white women earned more than 7% above their black counterparts. The figures show that black women’s earnings overtook those of white women in the first three months of 2008 and the pay gap has increased gradually since then.

The data were gathered for The Sunday Times by the Office for National Statistics. They are based on the labour force survey, the most authoritative and up-to-date study of pay and conditions.
